This firm acts for a broad range of global, regional and national clients on complex international legal transactions throughout the ASEAN region.

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong academic credentials (first/high 2.1 or comparable)
• Peer firm experience essential
• Associate with 1-3 years of US capital markets/global securities experience will be considered
• NY bar essential
• International candidates will be actively considered
